How long does a coach typically work with a client?
There's no one-size-fits-all answer, as the coaching journey is unique to each individual. In my experience, many clients begin to feel significant shifts and gain momentum around the 5th to 7th session. We'll definitely check in around that point to assess your progress and collaboratively determine the best path forward.
Some clients achieve their goals within a few months, while others prefer ongoing support to navigate new challenges and sustain their growth.

I hold a Holistic Coach Certification, completing 175 hours of accredited training through Radiant Coaches Academy, meeting ICF standards. Additionally, I am a certified Building Personal Resilience™ Mentor through the HeartMath Institute, specializing in scientifically validated stress management and emotional regulation techniques. This expertise allows me to effectively guide clients through transitions, facilitate self-discovery, and empower lasting positive change.
